Luka Kotze

Luka has been with Paddo Wax from the ground up. Luka was a core part of building up the brand as a grom. Gaining traction in his skating during a massive peak in progression, the stoke and hype around Luka brought fierce attention to the newborn Paddo Wax at the time.

Weaving bike riding, backpacking, and skateboarding together, Luka has gone on profound trips across whole countries with nothing but a bike and a skateboard. During these trips we have gotten too see world class skating like at the Belco event, and the Melbourne-based video for Pearshape Zine. Between uber eats runs for quick cash on the road, ‘Luka Eats’ was filmed in a very short time span before Luka departed on his bike back to Brisbane.

Luka is commonly described as nomadic or in his own lane. He is always doing something new or unusual. You can occasionally catch him doing obscure errands like hustling wax or promoting dog shop boards. We thank Luka for always being out and about spreading the word of local brisbane brands in his journeys.
